Delivery & Self-Collection
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping for local orders over SGD$50. A standard SGD$5 applies for orders below SGD$50, regardless of weight.
Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 working days (excluding the Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays)
A confirmation email will be sent once the order is ready for collection.
International Delivery
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a redelivery will be arranged with you.
You are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to NaturesWisdom. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. Import taxes imposed and customs regulations. Shipping charges do not include import taxes and/or customs duties, brokerage (handling) fee.
NaturesWisdom will state the full value of your order on the shipping label, in compliance with International laws. An invoice indicating each product ordered, quantity and cost will be included in your order.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
You are responsible for any relevant duties/import taxes and any additional relevant charges imposed by your country. NaturesWisdom will not bear the fees imposed by your country. NaturesWisdom will not be responsible for any refused packages or packages being held by customs.

Order Issues
Returns & Refunds
Please call or email us within 7 days of your delivery date. NaturesWisdom will either replace the product(s) or issue you a refund after receiving the product(s) back in its original packaging. Refunds of any kind will not be entertained unless the order is returned in an undamaged and resalable condition.
A $10 fee will be imposed on orders that are refunded with the following reasons:
- Refund requested when customer makes a wrong product order that has already been delivered.
- Refund requested when products are received by the customer in good condition, but the customer decides to return it for no valid reason.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment of which the original purchase was made. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the personal purchase limit set by your country before making purchases. NaturesWisdom will review each order on a case by case basis.
Loss of Package
International orders will not be considered lost until 60 days from the date of shipment, as it may take the stipulated amount of time to clear Customs. Claims will be reviewed after 60 days.
Refunds provided will cover the product cost; shipping cost is excluded.
Report any lost orders to us within 90 days of date of purchase.

Product Shelf-Life
Ample time will be provided for you to consume your products.
Minimum Product Shelf Life:
- Dietary Supplements, Natural Remedies & Personal care: 3 months from expiry date
- Food, Beverage & Homecare: 1 month from expiry date
Pricing
Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) listed are based on a survey of suggested retail prices established by local importers of the same brands or found in national drugstore chains.
We take every effort in ensuring our RRPs are up to date and accurate, however we are unable to guarantee their accuracy as companies or countries change their RRPs arbitrarily.

At this point in time, NaturesWisdom does not offer wholesale.
