Encounter during order onlin

There are a few issues that I had encountered during the order.
1) When I used my phone to access to order, the Chat icon is blocked by membership icon.
2) In the website free shipping except Sentosa and Airport. But, I was charged for Shipping unless I ordered more than $50. This is not indicated in the website or Apps.
3) Hence, I had to ordered more than $50 to get Free Shipping.
4) Upon ordered 14 bottles but there were two shipments: one delivery with 12 bottles and the other 2 bottles
5) When encountered problem there is no contact phone number and email to inform. All communications are through the Chat Bot. My experience, it took two or more days for response
